Weizhen Yu
Dr. Yu Weizhen is a Professor of Management and Deputy Director of the Hangzhou New Era Consumption Assistance Research Institute, with over two decades of expertise in corporate marketing, digital transformation, and innovation management. Recognized as a West Lake Scholar and Hangzhou Government Special Allowance recipient, he serves as a Postdoctoral Mentor at Zhejiang University and contributes to national policy through roles as a peer reviewer for the National Social Science Fund (China) and expert committees for provincial high-tech enterprise assessments.
His interdisciplinary research focuses on entrepreneurship, rural revitalization, and common prosperity, evidenced by two National Social Science Fund projects, four provincial key research grants, and 20+ publications, including three SSCI Q1 papers and eight top-tier Chinese journal articles. His scholarly impact includes a nationally awarded monograph, theory features in Social Sciences in China Press, and citations in Xinhua Digest. As a standing council member of the Emerging Technologies Future Analysis Committee, he bridges academia and practice, aligning with Management Matrix’s mission to advance management science through rigorous, transformative scholarship.
