Shaozhong Zhang, male, born in May 1969, is a professor and doctor. He currently serves as a professor at the School of Information and Intelligent Engineering at Zhejiang Wanli University. His concurrent positions include:

- Leader of the Ningbo City Science and Technology Innovation Team  
- Leader of the Central Government Financially Supported Science and Technology Innovation Team  
- Responsible for the key discipline "Communication and Information Systems" at Zhejiang Wanli University and the key discipline direction "Signal and Information Processing" in Ningbo City; leader of the first-class discipline "Computer Science and Technology" in Zhejiang Province  
- Executive Director of the Ningbo E-commerce Association  
- Expert member of the Ningbo City Major Decision-Making Social Risk Assessment Committee
