The Second International Conference on Networking and Distributed Computing (ICNDC2011) will be held on Sept, 21-24, 2011 in Tsinghua University, Beijing, P.R.China.    Beijing, capital of the People's Republic of China, is the nation's political, economic, cultural, educational and international trade and communication center.
