How to use DSCloud Plateform to evaluate the quality of submitted papers for conference conmittee?

There are three roles :  The conference organizer,  pc member, and arthor.

For conference organizer.

1. create conference related direcotory
   


for example create conference directory "ICNDC2020"





2.  set  directory rights




for any user , can publish but not read. The author can read his published paper. The grant user can read any paper, like the following:




3. grant pc members the reading right for the  direcotory

For the authors:


can use add media to upload files




For PC Members:








For anonymous reason， pc member should modify your alisname when you register the platform
When you login, click tab menu "Dashboard", click "User Information" , and then modify your alisname.



At last the pc chair , write the accept or reject in the comment. The author can see the acceptance status directly in the web page.
